I enjoyed a short walk from Potawatomi casino less than a mile to this discrete corner for breakfast. Even from outside I could already smell pancakes and coffee as I passed the historic Pabst family mansion. When I entered inside I found myself in a warm classic family diner/cafe atmosphere with patrons laughing and carrying on conversations. The host and waitress both seated me and promptly handled my order of a both waffle & biscuits and gravy. Everything came out plated within 10 min. Great

Unassuming little diner. Staff are friendly and provide just the right amount of attentiveness. Caramel pecan pancakes were super fluffy and delicious. The pancake syrup served warm is a nice touch. Black coffee was good. Overall we had a great experience.
